For mass production runs, the Biesse Selex EB70 processes up to 12 sheets per hour (62,400 sheets annually) with material thicknesses up to 1.5” and a maximum sheet size of 12x12 ft. The Homag Sawteq B400 with Intelliguide handles 40 sheets per hour (208,000 sheets annually) with material thicknesses up to 3-3/4” and a maximum sheet size of 12x12 ft.

Surface prep and finishing
Strong finishes need a smooth start. We’ll prep, spray and bake lasting industrial finishes for automotive, aerospace, furniture and more.
C.A. Technologies Spray Booths
Designed for wood-based materials, these 14’x24’x9’and 20’x26’x10’ spray booths feature temperature, humidity and airflow controls to keep coatings dust- and contaminant-free. These spray booths fit wood-based products such as cabinetry, furniture and more.

Reliant Spray Booth PSE81020 and Reliant Bake Oven PCO 101025
Batch powder coat parts of all shapes below 10’x10’x20’. Two spray booths and a bake oven manually coats and cures items in-house, perfect for high-volume automotive parts, industrial components, custom furniture finishes and more. Small to medium batches? No problem.

Mito by Cefla 2P Flat Line Spray Booth and multi-level Pieffe Bake Oven
For high-volume finishing on cabinet doors and other flat or panel-like parts, nothing works more efficiently than this automated spray machine. Items up to 4’x20’x2” whiz through the booth on a continuous conveyor, then slide to the oven for baking.

LS Industries 297010
For large or complex pieces below 125”x17”x134”, this burn-off oven removes thick, stubborn coatings and contaminants that blasters just can’t touch. High heat strips parts down to clean metal quickly, prepping it for finishing with a thorough, even result.

LSTB8460 Blaster
We prep and correct surfaces in-house, saving time while keeping quality in check. At 84”x60”, this in-house blaster removes powder and rust on small batches and specialized projects. This leaves your materials clean and ready for finishing.
